White and silver stretch marks, explained
White stretch marks are mature stretch marks. Once a mark has finished healing, the blood vessels that made it red have gone, the skin over it is thinner, and it sits slightly below the surface as a white or silver line. Clinically they are called striae albae. Stretch Mark Removal London explains what can still be done, and why the change is smaller and slower than for red marks.
White marks have stopped changing on their own, so any further improvement has to come from treatment. Microneedling and fractional laser thicken the thinned skin and soften the edge of the mark so it catches the light less, and camouflage hides what is left. The comparison of treatments for stretch marks sets the options side by side.
